While Kalahari Greentech Inc carefully evaluates every single project before committing to it and while the Company during such evaluation always identifies risks and contemplates how and if these risks can be avoided or managed, there will always be risks related to the Company's activities.

Kalahari Greentech's risk profile is slowly becoming more balanced as the Company grows, however the opportunities within Wind and Solar Energy is currently moving away from Europe to areas as south east Asia and Africa and with the increase in potential ROI’s is also a higher risk profile. The Company attempt at all times to balance the risk profile and keep it manageable and at the same time still having the creation of shareholder value as a top priority.
