Strategy

The Company's aim is to further expand its activities to become a leading developer, constructor and operator of mid-sized wind energy projects in Europe. The main elements of Kalahari Greentech's strategy are as follows:

Kalahari Greentech Inc operates in the field of independent electricity generation using renewable energy sources. Whilst there are numerous forms of renewable energy, Kalahari Greentech Inc intends to focus principally on developing, constructing and operating wind energy projects. In conjunction with this, Kalahari Greentech Inc may consider in the future adding renewable energy generation sources that complement its wind energy project sites. The Company believes that such an opportunity could lie in the addition of solar energy generation to its current wind energy project sites and may invest resources to investigate the economic viability and practical feasibility of this concept.

Kalahari Greentech Inc focuses its activities on projects primarily between 25-100 MW. Such projects are typically outside the scope of activity of the larger market players, such as national utility companies. Kalahari Greentech Inc intends to maintain a significant project pipeline with a minimum of 600-700 MW under planning or development across the Company's markets to create the prerequisites for future growth.

Focus on attractive high growth markets
Kalahari Greentech's strategy is to focus on a number of carefully selected markets that have favourable wind conditions, a need to increase their renewable energy generation capacity, the political will to promote wind energy, and existing or expected attractive settlement prices for wind energy. The Company's goal in its selected markets is to rapidly establish a substantial portfolio of development projects and operating plants.

In the medium-term, the Company intends to invest in exploring new markets, particularly in Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa, in order to identify areas for expansion.
