Kalahari Greentech Inc. ("Kalahari") (KHGT.PK), a global energy company, announced today it has retained US legal and auditing counsel to immediately start the auditing and filing process for the company enabling the company to take a step towards becoming a full registered company on the NASDAQ OTC before Q3 2009 which will help the company in further fund raising efforts planned for Q2 and Q3 of 2009.
